Curo Purifying Shower

We offer a 60 day money-back guarantee on all shower purchases if you aren't satisfied with your purchase.

 

Please note, in order to receive a refund the shower must not have any physical damage to it caused by dropping or improper use. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and send a confirmation email confirming the return is approved.

 

All Other Products

For all other products we offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery to request a refund. Please note, the item must be unused, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at hello@curoskin.co.uk to request a return.

 

Upon receiving the item, we will email confirming the delivery, and later the approval of your refund.

 

Products Purchased Through Other Retailers

We can only offer returns for products purchased on curoskin.co.uk. If you have purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them for their return policy.

 

We can only process your refund through the original payment card/method used during your transaction. Please allow up to 10 working days for the payment to process, although it usually is much quicker than this.

 

To start a return, please contact us at hello@curoskin.co.uk referencing your order number. Please do not return a shower without contacting us first.

We will always try our best to ship orders on the same day if ordered before 2pm, however during busy periods, orders may take up to 1-2 business days to process. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays. 

 

UK Orders

  • We use Royal Mail 48 service for all UK orders.
  • Orders over £30 qualify for free shipping.
  • Standard shipping is £3.99 for orders below this value.

 

International Orders

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. 
  • Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Please note that any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the couriers website.

 

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or if there’s any issue with delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package with images of the damage. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
